The bid deadline is Friday at 2:00pm.  All bids received prior to that time will be reviewed by the Seller and responded to according to the offer, terms and deadlines. 

All bids submitted must be on a Georgia Association of Realtors Purchase and Sale Agreement. All amendments and exhibits must also be submitted with the bid on GAR forms.

If the R.B.I.D. property is being listed as active in the FMLS, then the property is available for Bid's.  Please be aware that multiple offers may be submitted.  Total number of bids as well as any offer terms will not be disclosed.

FAX  your bid on or before the bid deadline to the listed co-agent. The co-agent is listed as such in the broker information section of the FMLS/MLS listing.  If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt of your offer from the co-agent, please FAX your bid to 770-988-0363.

Be sure and indicate in the comments the property address the buyer is interested in and specifically what you are requesting.  Your request will be processed as soon as possible, usually within one business day.

**All Co-operating real estate agents will receive a 4% commission paid to their real estate broker upon the successful sale and closing, provided the sale and/or any counter bid to purchase is not conditioned upon the Sellers' bank/mortgage company approval.  If a R.B.I.D. property is subject to a Sellers' Bank/Mortgage Company approval, then the co-operating commission will 50% of the total commission paid at closing.
