Lynn moved to the Atlanta area in 1986 from New Jersey.  Like so many other “Atlantans”, this was a job transfer that brought Lynn and her family to .  In her previous career, Lynn was the Athletic Director of a private school, managing the athletic curriculum for grades K-12.  She coached four sports in addition to directing both the intramural and the Varsity, Junior Varsity, Freshmen and Middle School extracurricular program.  Energy and enthusiasm is an integral part of who she is.

In 2004, Lynn’s son, Chase Horner, became a partner in the business following a career in media production and marketing.  After growing up in Atlanta and graduating from Emory University, Chase is right at home in the real estate industry.
